Our projects and client list are diverse: commercial, recreational, residential and planning projects for communities, the development industry, resorts and First Nations throughout western Canada.

The Broadway Team have extensive hands-on experience in ecologically sensitive building design - particularly projects which incorporate energy efficient and sustainable development strategies. Team members are pioneers in this emerging field. Since the 1970's we have completed many innovative projects including masters work in sustainable energy efficient community development. Early projects include the design, construction and monitoring of western Canada's first private alternate energy research centre and one of Canada's first solar heated homes.

Recent sustainable environmental design work includes the Seabird Island First Nation Sustainable Community Demonstration Project, a green Government House for the Na-Cho Nyak Dun First Nation, a geo-thermally heated Recreation Center at Manning Park Resort, the Takhini Hot Springs Eco-Village Resort Master Plan, the "Greening of Fourth Avenue" in Vancouver and numerous sustainable planning projects in BC, Alberta and the Yukon.
