A master concept plan for a residential golf course resort community. The design concept calls for 550 units of housing, a 18 hole (6,580 yard) golf course, a 20,000 sf clubhouse, walking trails along the river as well as neighbourhood scale commercial services.

The development concept is to retain a large percentage of the existing trees and water features on this riverine property.

The golf course and housing are interwoven into the landscape to create a recreation oriented community, defined by its intimate relationship with the Coquitlam River.
