Parkview Terrace (Land Bridge)

Parkview Terrace, a 35 unit townhouse and commercial development, is located in Vancouver's Fairview Slopes area.

The units are sited to maximize the views of downtown, the North Shore mountains and False Creek.

A landscaped roof amenity area, one of Vancouver's early green roof installations, is incorporated into the development -  responding to a nearby land bridge over an adjacent street. All units have exterior entries.
